Private Estate, Reading

Modus was employed by a Private Estate on the outskirts of Reading to extend, alter and refurbish the main house and to build three new outbuildings which comprised of a home office, a storage facility and a garage and welfare facilities for ground staff.

Works included the installation of power, water and grey water infrastructure across the site to serve the large gardens and three new outbuildings. Additional works included soft and hard landscaping.

During works carried out on the house, we created a server room and installed IT infrastructure / cabling to provide interactive facilities including intelligent heating and lighting controls.

Following successful completion of this project Modus are retained to carry out annual maintenance and emergency repairs as necessary for the overseas landlord.
