New Build

Modus Construction has built a number of new dwellings for private clients consisting of a variety of houses and high specification buildings. We pride ourselves on the knowledge and understanding of current building legislations and have demonstrated a high level of project management from initial ground works to final landscaping. A number of these new builds have involved working towards Code 3 for sustainable homes and other new technologies which have either been requested by the client or to meet government regulations.
