Framework Contracts

Modus Construction is proud to continue working with the University of Reading after successfully winning a four year framework contract after undertaking a rigorous EU tender process, from 3,000 applicants.

We work closely with the appointed framework consultants and facilities management department project managers, helping generate specifications and briefs for various projects offering technical advice and support in conjunction with our construction services.

Services include: general building works; fit out; maintenance (planned and reactive); refurbishment; decorating; carpeting; and personnel and tenant relocations.
