Residential Portfolio of Reading University

Modus has been a framework contractor with the University of Reading for the past eight years. Part of the duties have been too carry out maintenance and refurbishment on their residential portfolio.

Works have ranged from conversion of existing buildings to residential, planned maintenance, building refurbishment and minor reactive maintenance repairs. Works have been carried out in both vacant properties prior to re-letting and occupied residences.

We worked with the Universities tenants often with phased works to minimise disruption ensuring that basic facilities are left operational at the end of a working day.
