Saint Sebastian’s Church of England Primary School, Wokingham

Appointed by Diocese of Oxford, Modus carried out refurbishment works for Saint Sebastian’s Church of England Primary School. This included a full strip out and refit of male and female toilets within the School.

Works were carried out within an aggressive programme during the autumn. The project took over three weeks comprising the half term holiday, and finalised at the end of the first week of the winter term.

All noisy and disruptive works were carried out during the half term holiday with the fit out and finishing works carried out in term time in a fully functioning school.

All operatives were DBS approved. The project showed Modus abilities to work in an operational facility without causing issue or inconvenience to students and teachers in a very busy school managing the strict access requirements of a controlled environment.
