Acacia Building, Reading

Modus, working for University of Reading, we have been employed on a number of occasions to carry out a range of projects on this historic building.

Projects include:

• Internal redecoration of communal areas including new carpet floor finishes
• Conversion of a basement room to form a new centrally bookable meeting room, including redecoration, floor finishes and new lighting and power
• Refurbishment of self contained flat, works included redecoration, floor finishes, installation of kitchen and bathroom
• Emergency Health and Safety works to stabilise the historic fernery from further degradation and install a sensitive hoarding to prevent injury too students, parents and staff during graduation.
