University of Reading Framework

Modus Construction have been working for the University of Reading for over 10 years as an appointed Framework Contractor. A current Framework agreement has just been renewed following a 12 month tender process.

The new Framework Agreement allows Modus to tender for works upto £300,000. Works include:

Building alternations; Fabric repairs; Decorations; Floor finishes; Suspended ceilings; Internal partitions; Refurbishment works; External ground works; Planned maintenance.
