St Martyrs Early Years Learning Facility, Reading

Modus was employed by Reading Borough Council to convert an existing classroom into an early years facility at St Martyrs Early Years, Reading.

Works included constructing new toilet facilities, new floor finishes, decorations for the early years facility.  Other works within the school included decorations, installations of an external door from the classroom to the playground with an accessible ramp and a fence for segregation of different age groups.

Peripheral works included moving some outbuildings, hard landscaping and installing new drainage to the new toilet facilities. Works were carried out during summer vacation 2017. Works had to be complete and fully operational for the start of the new term.
