All Saints School, Didcot

Modus was employed by Diocese of Oxford, tasked with demolishing an existing modular classroom building at All Saints Primary School. We then installed new power data, a water infrastructure and foundations to take a new modern modular classroom building.

The building was installed by a specialist contractor direct by the client, but Modus provided attendance and carried out role of principal contractor for these works.

Once the modular building was installed Modus constructed the new hard and soft landscaping to suit the new building.

We provided a temporary metal road to enable cranes and heavy vehicles delivering the modular building to access the site.

Works were carried out during the summer vacation managing a tight programme to ensure that the classroom was operational during the start of the autumn term.
