Thames Valley Science Park, Reading

Appointed by Thames Valley Science Park (TVSP), we are privileged to work on this prestigious new mixed use building facility, incorporating laboratories and administration offices that are individually let to a number of commercial businesses.

Modus work on behalf of the landlord, TVSP, to tailor spaces to suit client requirements and also provide ongoing maintenance throughout the buildings internal and external fabric.

The new facility was a design and build construction. Modus has been intrinsic to finalising elements outside of the D and B contract to suit the clients needs at short notice to allow the tenants to be fully functional as soon as possible with minimum disruption.
