We were asked by the Diocesan Trust to carry out full fit out of the ‘Foyer’, an existing internal space to be converted into offices. Works included a full re-wire, plumbing of a new heating system, sub-dividing spaces, creating a new kitchen, adding a suspended ceiling, full re-decoration and refurbishment of blinds and floor finishes.

Work was carried out in a vacant space on the ground floor of a multi-storey building. The space directly above the site is for residential flats that were in occupation throughout the works. Noise and disruption had to be kept to a minimum so as not to disturb the residents.

The site was on a main road with no onsite parking, deliveries and waste had to be strictly co-ordinated within set times to allow vehicles access.
